Going for a 25-miler this morning and then spending the day with the fam. Hope everyone has a nice holiday.

UPDATE: The ride was pretty good however, instead of eating bugs a yellow jacket ran down my shirt and stung the dickens outta me. This bike crap is hazardous to your health…;)

And even more specifically, on this day we especially remember those who lost their lives on our behalf in the service of our country. We are very thankful for and humbled by those from our community who made the ultimate sacrifice. We hope we honor them and their surviving family members by how we conduct ourselves. In particular we embrace the Wolfe family, among others, on this Memorial Day.
