It’s on for tomorrow night. We’ll see. I am not sure that any outcome will surprise me as I view it as a complete wild card. Given what I’ve seen, I expect that Palin will have some dificulties but Biden regularly shoots himself in the foot, leg, etc.
Oddly enough, I think that the candidate that does the best at focusing on the opposing candidate for president and not the foe directly accross the stage from them will do the best.

With Obama trending up in the polls, Biden will probably play it safe. Palin may have to shoot for a home run

Gov. Palin comes in as a huge underdog – despite good debates
in Alaska when she ran for state office. She will come out OK
if, for no other reason, than the low expectations the media
has expressed about her in the last two weeks.

Agree, Ms. Palin needs to focus on “why not Obama” and completely ignore the presence of Mr. Biden in the room.
