My Side of the Fence

The danger isn't going too far. It's that we don't go far enough.

Coffee Friday?

It's summer.  I'm riding all the time as Bike VA is coming up!  I've got nothing in particular but anyone want to do coffee Friday?

  1. Aweful quiet over here lately Mr. Harrover.  What's your take on the absolute explosion in the blogosphere over the PWC discretionary funds?  New blogs being setup, perpetual enemies teaming up…dogs and cats living together….

My take is that it isn't my fight and I don't want any part of it…:)  As with most things that recieve this much attention, some good and some bad will come of it.  Typically the bad is short term.  I have a lot of respect for all involved and hope things don't get too out of hand.  PWC has a lot to be proud of – you don't get to be the 7th (iirc) richest jurisdiction in the entire country by accident.

It appears George Allen has won the chance to face timmy kaine in November.  Now, the Washington Post will start it's unofficial official elect timmy kaine campaign by bashing Allen in at least two daily articles.

I just found out this morning that Barb Main at woman-owned J & J Automotive Services, located off Hastings Drive in the City of Manassas is the only facility in the Commonwealth of Virginia that is a QUALIFIED hybrid and electric vehicle service!
With the ChargePoint chargers, Manassas really is walking the walk about becoming a City-wide technology zone!
