I’ll be doing my 100 Miles this year the same place I did ’em last year: Delisle Park. 400 laps around that park. It’s a nice park…for about the first 200 laps. After that you’ve counted every pebble and blade of grass and it’s just a horrific mental suffer-fest. Well, maybe not that bad….:)
As you can see, last year the PD put out some cones for us – that was maybe overkill but it did make it a lot safer on one leg of the path that is used as a cut-through.

“If you missed the road he’s own…just know that Andy’s gone…
You can hear his tires whine a hundred miles.
A hundred miles, a hundred miles….a hundred miles, a hundred miles…
You can hear his tires whine a hundred miles.
Sweat is running down his back, got donations in his name…
out of water but Andy keeps just peddling away.
Pedals away, pedals away, pedals away, he pedals away….
Andy just keeps on-goin’ pedaling away.
If you missed the road his own, just know Andy’s gone..
You can hear those tires whine a hundred miles.”

Isn’t this the day before the Tour De Cure? That’s a lot of riding over 2 days.
