Andy…Could you try posting a “update” to the original post in this thread? Not sure if it’s my Firefox or what (I don’t have a neato Mac laptop with Safari like you), but it seems when you do an “update” to one of your posts, the comments to the post end up duplicating and being shown twice (once under the original and once under the “update”).

Indeed – I had noticed that lately on both the Pc and Mac. I hadn’t updated wordpress for a long time so I decided to upgrade and see if that would fix it. Seems to be gone now…
