Went to an Installation Dinner last night for the rescue squad.  A good group of volunteers that we are lucky to have.  Have to apologize but I had to leave a bit early as something didn’t really agree with my Daughter (who was my date) and she wanted to go home.  Congratulations to the new officers of the GMVRS!

It’s a sad day for Manassas. Former council member Judy Hayes has passed away. I didn’t know Judy real well but after her loss at the last convention, she agreed to help with my campaign. She attended my first campaign committee meeting and, while she was gracious enough not to laugh out loud at our plan, she did pretty much take over the meeting and get us pointed in the right direction. I appreciate her helping me and I appreciate her long service to the City.
